Write from the heart

Might it also be Right from the heart?  For me, I find it occurs both ways.  I tend to write from the heart, or at least that is my goal when I sit down and write.  Putting words to paper & letting my writing flow as it goes.  The writing process (words to paper) for me will almost always tell me if the words, read story, is going the way I want it to go or if it is me just spinning my wheels.
